HOW TO FLASH THE BIOS

 First download BIOS data and extract to your hard drive.

A. Under MS-DOS

2.  UPDATING SYSTEM BIOS

Make sure the AC adapter is connected to your notebook before you run this utility.

2-1.           Make a clean Boot Disk which has no config.sys and autoexec.bat files.

2-2.           Copy following files into Boot Disk:

                f82743.exe and   XXXXX.rom(System BIOS File)

 3-3.           Boot from the Boot Disk,  at MS-DOS prompt  A:\> type:

                f82743  XXXXX.rom    then press Enter key.

 3-4.           Reboot the computer After system BIOS is updated, go to BIOS setup and
                load DEFAULT setting.

B. Under Windows 98SE

If the system is operating under Windows 95/98. Restart computer, press F8 and
select Safe and Command prompt only.  At Windows 95/98 MS-DOS prompt,
follow the steps in Under MS-DOS above to run this utility.
